Cure Impotent Sperm

When a couple is trying to get pregnant, a number of things really need to line up to achieve a successful fertilization. One of these elements is a man's sperm. If his count is low and his sperm have low motility, it can be difficult for a couple to actually conceive. By making sure his swimmers live in an optimum environment, he will essentially increase the health of his sperm. This means he needs to ensure that his health is of the top priority.

Instructions

1. Consult with a physician if you are currently having problems conceiving. A doctor is really the best "tool" in a couple's pregnancy.

2. Keep fit. Probably one of the easiest ways to ensure that your sperm remains healthy is to keep your body healthy. This would include a daily exercise regime of moderate activities like aerobics, walking, running, bicycling and weight training.

3. Maintain a healthy diet. Going hand-in-hand with exercise, you should make sure your diet compliments a healthy lifestyle. This will help keep your weight down. Most people don't know that their weight has a correlation with their hormone levels. Keeping yourself within a healthy weight will help maintain proper hormone levels.

4. Learn to relax. Stress can really take a toll on a man's sperm. Learning to relax will aid in keeping your sperm healthy and swimming.

5. Change your underwear. Avoid wearing underwear that is too tight. When underwear is too tight, it essentially traps in heat. This elevated heat isn't the best for sperm.

6. Start taking supplements. There are supplements on the market today that have been specifically formulated for a man and his sperm. This doesn't mean that it'll necessarily cure your sperm problems, but the vitamins and minerals in the formulas are known to aid in the health of sperm.
