One plan that indicates carbs are OK, the Mediterranean Diet stresses fruits, vegetables, nuts, healthy fats and even a little wine.


Detox Diet


This plan isn't just for people undergoing rehabilitation treatment for drugs and alcohol anymore. Instead, the Detox Diet has gone mainstream with its focus on organic food, herbs and lots of water.
