Angels are a common theme in Western life.
Angel light healing is a branch of the hands-on healing arts, which focus on healing body, mind and spirit as one. Angel light healing can be done by anyone, and the initiation ritual is simple.
Hands-on Healing
Much like Reiki or Pranic healing, Angel light healing is a method of using touch to channel energy into a person's body to enable him to heal himself. Angel light healing invokes the many archangels and angels of Christianity to draw this energy from the heavens into the practitioner and/or the person requesting the healing.
Initiation Ritual
Angel light healing requires a simple ritual to tune the healer to the energies of the angels. It involves a sacred space for meditation and contemplation, a prayer to the angels to allow the healer to become a channel and three minutes of meditation with the initiate's head on the ground in Child's Pose or some similar position.
Energy Work
Place one hand on the top of the head at the seventh, or crown chakra, and the other hand just below the navel on the second, or sacral chakra. Invoke the angels to send their healing power. Allow the energy to come into your hands. Thank the angels when you have received enough and remove your hands. This works for self-healing as well as healing others.
