Healthy joint vs. damaged joint
Your joints connect every bone in your body to the next. Wouldn't it be pretty rough to get around without healthy joints? You can always buy medication or have your doctor prescribe you medicine for your joints but did you know that you can maintain healthy joints naturally?
Instructions
1. Consider a chondroitin regimen. First of all, you should know that there are elements that exist naturally in the human body that can help with joint health. Of these naturally occurring elements, chondroitin is one that should be used on a daily basis to strengthen the cartilage that cushions your joints. Chondroitin can be found in almost any drug store and is usually combined with other joint helpers.
2. Consume omega-3 fatty acids. Secondly, you should remember that your diet may be the cause of your deteriorating joints. Foods high in Omega-3 fatty acids such as: salmon, some squash, and olive oil can help reduce the pain and inflammation caused by joint problems. It is recommended that you consume foods with Omega-3 on a daily basis for joint and many other types of health issues.
3. Consume vitamin C and E. Finally, as you may or may not know, vitamins C and E are very important to immune and skin properties. Did you know that these same two vitamins promote good joint health? A regular intake of these two vitamins has been proven to slow the rate of cartilage degeneration and maintain overall joint function. It is recommended that you eat foods such as orange juice, veggies and other foods with vitamin C and E in them on a daily basis (you may even consider a multivitamin as well) to help promote healthy joints.
