WeightWatchers produces a variety of books from cookbooks to dieting guides. The books are sold to both members of the program and nonmembers. Those on a budget should also consider the cheaper options of borrowing or buying used copies.
Instructions
1. Attend your local WeightWatchers group meeting. The leader of the group will usually have a selection of books and printed materials to sell. You will also be able to order books through the meeting leader.
2. Log on to the WeightWatchers website (see Resources). Select the "Marketplace" section and then the "Books" menu to buy the latest cookbooks, health books and magazines from WeightWatchers.
3. Use Amazon. Search for WeightWatchers books in the book section of Amazon.com. The website sells both new and used copies of a wide selection of WeightWatchers publications. EBay also has a selection of used copies of WeightWatchers books.
4. Visit a book store. Many local and national book stores stock copies of WeightWatchers books and magazines. They can usually be found under cooking or health sections.
5. Try your local library. Some libraries stock WeightWatchers cook books. Ask your librarian if particular editions can be ordered for you.
