Flatten Your Tummy

You can give your figure a dramatic boost if you learn flatten your tummy. Here are some simple tips that can get you started. And the best part about it is that you can do them just about anywhere.

1. Hold your stomach in. You can easily make this one a part of your daily routine. You can do this while driving to work, or even while you are sitting at your desk. Take a long and slow deep breath as you suck in your stomach. Make sure that you are breathing in from your diaphragm and not your chest or throat. Hold your breath for about fifteen seconds. Then slowly breathe out through your mouth. Repeat this process. And do it for about five minutes. This will help pull in the wall of your stomach and it can also help improve your posture. If you consistently do this, you should have a slimmer stomach in about a month.








2. Do squats with weights. If you really want to know flatten your tummy, give this one a try. It will give your abdominal muscles a good workout. You can use light weights for this. Just use ones that you can comfortably support. Do as many squats as you can. Hopefully, you can do around 20. This exercise is also good for your leg muscles.


3. Focus on losing fat. To do this, workout at the highest intensity level that you can. Change up your routine as your body becomes used to it. Keep your exercises challenging by periodically adding extra weight, when you do the squats.


4. Keep your weight under control. If you really want to know flatten your tummy, you also have to control your weight. You can do this by eating healthy, and exercising.
