Balance Heart Chakra And Blood Pressure

Known as the body's energy stations, chakras are positioned in one of seven different points on the body. They correspond to certain physical ailments, as well as organs. Therefore, if a chakra is weakened or unbalanced, it will often indicate an ill condition of the corresponding organ.

Normal blood pressure is classified as 120/80. Anything above or below those numbers is considered problematic. This how-to will teach you balance the heart chakra and attempt to stabilize the blood pressure.

Instructions

1. Lie on your back or sit straight up, without slouching, on a comfortable cushion or chair.

2. Vigorously shake your hands in order to disperse any extra energy and clear them for the work ahead.

3. Place one or both hands, palm open and face down, about four inches above the heart chakra. It is located in the center of the chest on the breastbone, near the sternum.

4. Slowly, for two to three minutes, make counterclockwise circles over the chakra. The movement may feel sluggish or produce a tingling feeling in the hands.

5. Stop circling your hand and shake them vigorously again to disperse the energy.

6. Place your hands over the heart chakra again. Make clockwise circles this time. Make this motion for another two to three minutes.

7. Finish by shaking your hands vigorously once more.
