Block Someone'S Kundalini Energy







Block unwanted kundalini energy through gradual and gentle methods.


Kundalini is an essential concept in many Yogic traditions, referring to the untapped creative energy coiled at base of the spine. Kundalini yoga is both a physical and spiritual practice that seeks to draw out and channel this energy in order to produce a genuinely mystical experience and subsequent spiritual growth--a process described as kundalini awakening. Kundalini energy can be blocked by external forces such as negative thinking, improper guidance and poor health. However, the gentle blocking of another person's kundalini energy is sometimes necessary if that person is experiencing uncomfortable physical or mental symptoms due to kundalini awakening.


Instructions


1. Block uncomfortable symptoms of kundalini awakening such as excessive crying, mood swings or physical discomfort by encouraging the person to speak. Talking allows those suffering from negative kundalini energy to describe their feelings and disengage with the sometimes overwhelming process of kundalini awakening.


2. Bring awareness to the person's undesired Kundalini energy through physical activities such as walking and running. These strenuous physical activities can temporarily block the release of excessive and unmanageable energy.


3. Withdraw guidance from teachers. Kundalini energy most often awakened and drawn out by a skilled yogi. Block unwanted kundalini energy by temporarily suspending guidance from a teacher, allowing the energy to retreat on its own.


4. Suspend the person's regular yoga practice. Yoga is used to awaken and draw out kundalini energy from the body, thus the most effective way to block this energy is to stop regular practice until the undesired symptoms of kundalini rising are brought under control.
