3. Follow the instructions given to you before your appointment. To prepare for your body wrap, you're going to need to drink plenty of water in order to stay hydrated. It's also helpful to shower beforehand to remove toxins that may be on your skin surface and then not apply lotions or perfumes.


4. Know which areas of your body you wish to target during your session. Consider focusing on a specific area--arms, thighs, waist or buttocks--during each individual appointment so you're able to keep an eye on the progress in that one area before moving on to another.


5. Bring additional clothing to change into after your body wrap.


6. Schedule your next appointment. Your commitment at follow-up sessions may be necessary in order to shed the excess weight with body wraps that you desire.
