Get Rid Of Stomach Cellulite

Cellulite is the result of fat deposits underneath the skin's surface. The deposits push against connective tissue and muscle, often creating the dimpled appearance of cellulite. Some individuals are simply more prone to cellulite than others. Generally, it is more common in women. If you have stomach cellulite and would like to get rid of it, you have a variety of treatment options. Some people are not able to fully eradicate their stomach cellulite. However, you can at least significantly improve its appearance.

1. Lose weight. If you lose body fat, you'll reduce the size of the fat cells that are causing your stomach cellulite. While you can't get rid of these fat cells altogether, your cellulite will be much less prominent if you shrink the size of the fat cells. In order to lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume.


2. Exercise. Cardiovascular exercise will help you to burn calories and lose body fat, thereby helping to improve your stomach cellulite. Aim to get at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise daily while you are trying to lose body fat. Try aerobics, team sports, jogging, cycling, or swimming.


3. Perform abdominal exercises. By toning the muscles in the area, you'll help to smooth your stomach cellulite. Focus on exercises that concentrate on the abdominal muscles, such as crunches.


4. Massage your stomach. Regular massage helps to break up the dense fat deposits that are causing your stomach cellulite. Massage also increases circulation, helping to flush toxins from the area. Use firm pressure and rub your stomach daily for at least two minutes.


5. Use a dry-brush on your stomach. A popular technique for treating cellulite, dry-brushing involves the use of a body brush on cellulite-ridden areas. Simply use circular motions to move the body brush over your stomach. In addition to encouraging circulation, dry-brushing also supports your lymphatic system. Dry-brush your stomach daily for two to three minutes.


6. Apply cellulite-treatment lotion or cream to your stomach. These topical treatments contain caffeine. When applied topically, caffeine can reduce the appearance of your cellulite as it stimulates the skin. Use daily for best results.
