Natural Removal Of Moles & Skin Tags

Natural Removal of Moles & Skin Tags

Moles, known medically as Melanocytic Naevus, are essentially groups of pigmented cells that present themselves on the outer layer of the dermis. Skin tags (Cutaneous papilloma) are composed of a combination of core fibers, fat cells and nerve cells. Moles and skin tags can be unsightly and present themselves in inconvenient places. Fortunately, there are many effective and natural ways to remove moles and skin tags.

Mole Removal With Duct Tape

Thoroughly wash the skin where the mole is presenting itself. Take a roll of duct tape and cut a square approximately one inch by one inch. Directly place the tape on the mole and leave in place for five to seven days. Once the proper amount of time has passed, remove the duct tape. If it has worked properly, the mole will come off with the duct tape. If not, place a fresh piece of duct tape over the mole and repeat the process again until it comes off.

Mole Removal With Garlic

Finely grind a small piece of garlic, place it on the mole and cover with a band-aid. Replace with fresh garlic and band-aid daily until the mole falls off. If the scent of garlic is too strong for you or the people around you, consider only putting the garlic/band-aid on at night before you go to sleep and take it off in the morning when you wake up.

Disinfect

Care for the skin where the mole once presented itself by applying disinfectant and wearing a band-aid. Taking care of your skin after a mole removal will prevent scarring as well as kill any bacteria that may cause the mole to come back.

Skin Tag Removal With Freeze-Off Treatment

Purchase a freeze-off wart treatment at a drug store. Although primarily designed to freeze off warts, freeze-off wart treatments are effective in removing skin tags, as well. Follow the application instructions as directed by the package. If store-bought freeze-off treatments fail to remove your skin tag, consult a dermatologist to inquire about a professional cryogenic removal of your skin tag.

Skin Tag Removal With Dental Floss

Snuggly tie a piece of dental floss around the base of the skin tag. Keep the floss in place at all times. This method works by restricting the blood flow within the skin tag. The end result is the skin tag eventually dries up and falls off. Consider castor oil or oregano oil to further dry out the skin tag.

Skin Tag Removal With Castor Oil

Mix castor oil with baking soda to form a thick paste. Thoroughly coat the skin tag and cover with a band-aid. Repeat this process two or three times daily. Castor is an essential oil that when mixed with baking soda will effectively dry out the skin tag, eventually causing it to shrivel and flake off.
