Stop Yawning

Stop Yawning

Your yawning habit may be attributed to fatigue or a lack of energy. Yawning makes you look like you are bored or disinterested in what you are doing. No one wants to be yawning unless they are about to go to bed. Learn stop yawning by following these steps.

Instructions

1. Get more sleep. Your yawning may be attributed to not getting enough sleep. Get more sleep by going to bed at an earlier time, keeping your room dark and cool and blocking out the light. If you don't get enough sleep you won't be able to stop yawning.

2. Take a nap. Try to take a nap during the day. If you work a 9-5 job, try to take naps on the weekends.

3. Exercise. Exercising once a day will greatly increase your energy and prevent fatigue.

4. Don't eat too much at lunch. When you stuff yourself at lunch your body slows down while it processes everything you eat. Big lunches lead to tired afternoons with lots of yawning. Eat a light lunch to stop yawning.

5. Eat more fruit. Cut out the sweets and the junk and eat a healthier diet. You are what you eat, and putting bad stuff in will make you fee tired faster.
