Learn Telekinesis And Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a powerful tool that allows access to the subconscious mind with the ability to correct mental and physical imbalances and overcome life's obstacles. In order to learn hypnosis, you must master the concepts and techniques of inducing trance. Education and certification are imperative to your success as a hypnotist. Never attempt to induce trance without proper understanding of the hypnotic process.

Instructions

Mastering the Art

1. Understand the mind of the hypnotic subject. You don't need a degree in psychology to understand concepts of the conscious and subconscious mind. Think of the conscious mind as the part that's paying attention. You think and experience the world through the eyes of your conscious mind. The subconscious mind regulates all the other information and functions of the mind and body. The conscious mind can only retain so much information before it becomes overloaded and the subconscious, or automatic response takes over. This happens in daily life when you feel overloaded or are influenced to buy a product from a television.

2. Know initiate hypnosis. Creating rapport is arguably the most important aspect of a hypnotic relationship. Gain trust by dispelling fears and ensuring the client that they will be safe in your session. Make sure you are in a controlled and safe environment with little noise and distractions. Be confident, look in the subject's eyes and always ask permission before inducing trance.

3. Learn to recognize the signs of trance. A good hypnotist is a keen observer of nonverbal cues. People slip in and out of trance multiple times a day, so you must align your speech with their natural flow of consciousness. Glazed eyes, a dry mouth and a relaxed body indicate trance.

4. Learn hypnotic inductions. Know overload the conscious mind in a positive way. Reassure the client that they are feeling good and letting go of tensions and worries. Learn various kinds of inductions and know them well enough to respond to your client's reactions.

5. Learn to use patter, or structured language patterns to open the subconscious mind and align conscious desires with subconscious strength. Thousands of pre-structured scripts are available to help deal with issues ranging from nail biting to obesity. With a good understanding of language and the mind, you will be able to develop your own patter and not rely on scripting. Therapeutic imagery and guided visualizations are powerful tools for affecting lasting change.

6. Employ deepening techniques. Use progressive relaxation, stair case and counting down from five to one as gentle, maternal deepeners. Employ techniques like arm rigidity, fractional hypnosis and challenges to deepen the subject in a more paternal manner.

7. Know wake the client. Count back up from five to one or have the client say his name aloud. Make sure she is fully awake before attempting to drive.
