A lot of wrinkle creams on the market contains these three vitamins. So apply these foods to your diet.


Vitamin A foods: Carrots, spinach, and Kale


Vitamin C foods: Strawberries, boccoli, cantaloup, and papaya.


Vitamin E foods: Avocado, spinach, and olives.


2. Drink plenty of water. Drinking a lot of water helps keep your skin hydrated. Keeping your skin hydrated helps prevent anti-aging, wrinkles, and blemishes on the skin. Hydrated skin keeps tighter skin pores. Drinking a lot of water itself can contribute to improved skin. Water rids harmful toxins out of your bodies system. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.


3. Facial exercises. A lot of facial exercises can help tighten the skin. Those with loose skin, or turkey necks can help benefit from facial exercises. Sometimes your face is genetic, and you should just accept that. Different face shapes isn't a bad thing. For loose skin, you'll find that facial exercises help.


Tightening up skin under the chin: Tilt your head back, and look at your ceiling. Do this sitting in a chair. With your mouth closed tight, make a chewing motion 100 times.


Tightening up the cheeks: A very effective facial exercise is by smiling with your lips closed tightly. Take your indexed finger, along with your middle finger, and press tightly against both cheeks.


Tighten up the jaw line: How we all long for a nice jaw line. Here's a very helpful exercise. Keep your mouth shut tightly. Don't move any part of your face. With your mouth closed, make a swallowing motion with your throat.


4. Making an Egg white face mask. Egg whites will tighten skin pores effectively. Giving you an instant face lift. Use one egg white, a few lemon juice drops, and half a teaspoon of vitamin E oil. Apply to your entire face, and neck. Leave it there for 10-15 minutes. Then wash with warm water.


5. Making a Carrot face mask. Carrots contain a lot of vitamin A, and can help reduce wrinkles. In a food processor, add 4 carrot sticks, two cucumber slices, and 4 strawberries. Mix with one egg white, and add a little vitamin E oil. Apply to your entire face, leave it on there for about 15-20 minutes. Wash with warm water.


6. Making a Honey and Avocado mask. Apply 2 tablespoons of honey, 1/4 avocado mashed, and one egg white. Apply to your entire face and leave it there 15-20 minutes. Wash with warm water.


7. Making a cucumber face mask. Use 2 tablespoons of cucumber juice. You can use a blender to make cucumber juice. Most stores don't carry actual cucumber juice. Apply one egg white, a few dabs of vitamin E oil, and a teaspoon of lemon juice. This is great facial mask for the eyes. Apply to the face, leave it there for 10-15 minutes. Then wash with warm water.
