Chinese Herbal Cancer Cures

A number of conventional treatments exist to treat cancer--typically involving chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or surgery. Various diets and prescribed behavioral changes may also help lead to recovery. In addition to these more well-known remedies, several Chinese herbs might be considered potential cancer cures--including Bie Jia, Lu Feng Fang, Long Kui and Ban Zhi Lian.


Bie Jia


Bie Jia, or Chinese soft turtle shell, has been used for years as a traditional remedy to treat cancer in China. According to Chinese herbalists, Bie Jia nourishes a cancer patient's Yin while anchoring their Yang---all the while invigorating the blood and strengthening the individual's immune system. Bie Jia is additionally used to treat malaria, chest pain, liver and spleen swelling and hot flashes.


Long Kui


Long Kui, or Salanum nigrum, is also known as black nightshade, garden huckleberry, Morella, sunberry, and wonderberry. The herb is a known eliminator of toxins from the body, and as such has been used as a cancer-fighter in China for years. In particular, Long Kui has been employed to treat throat cancer, uterus cancer and larynx cancer. It additionally fights kidney inflammation and chronic bronchitis.


Ban Zhi Lian


Ban Zhi Lian, or barbed skullcap, has been used for centuries in China to rid the body of toxins, soothe pain and stop bleeding. It has also been employed as a treatment for cancer---as well as appendicitis, hepatitis and blood conditions. Specifically, Ban Zhi Lian is employed to combat rectum cancer, colon cancer and leukemia. The herb attacks the blood vessels of tumors---and as such has been a natural focus for herbalists looking to treat cancer.


Lu Feng Fang


Lu Feng Fang, or Polistes mandarinus Saussure, is considered by Chinese herbalists as a toxin and parasite combatant. As such, it has been used as a natural herbal remedy to fight cancer. In particular, Chinese herbalists recommend Lu Feng Fang for those with lung cancer or stomach cancer.
