Relieve Sinus Headaches

The dreaded sinus headache


You wake up and all you feel is pressure on your nose, temples and forehead. The only thing you think about is getting rid of this dreaded sinus headache. Here are a few ways that will help ease or completely remove the pain that the sinus headache is giving you.

Relieve Sinus Headaches


1. Take four, 200mg each Ibuprofen before you do anything. Taking 800mg is considered prescription strength and it will help relieve the pain and pressure that the sinus headache is giving you.


2. Turn the shower on as hot as you can stand it. Before getting in the shower, shut the door for five minutes and allow the steam to build up inside of the bathroom. Stand inside of the hot shower until the water becomes warm and stand in the bathroom until all the steam has vanished.


3. Rub menthol cream on your temples. Be sure to rub it in until you see no more cream. Once you feel it burning you know that it is working to relieve that sinus headache.








4. Turn your heating pad on medium heat and lie down on the bed. Place heating pad inside of towel and fold it to fit your forehead. Place towel wit heating pad on your forehead and turn everything off in your room. Lie there for 30 minutes and just relax, this method will relieve the pressure almost immediately.
