Determine Nutritional Value Of Canned Meats

Just because a food is convenient does not mean it lacks nutritional value. When choosing canned meat products, there are ways to check the nutritional value before you buy.

Instructions

1. Check the back of the canned meat for nutritional information. Depending on where you live, most countries require products to have nutritional values right on the label. You should be able to find how many calories, vitamins and how much fat per serving is in the product.

2. If the nutritional information is not available on the back of the canned meat container, visit www.mynewbody.com.au.

3. Click on the nutrition tag.

4. Choose "food tools" and search for your canned meat product in their database.

5. A choice of products similar to yours will appear and you can choose the one that best fits which canned meat product you are looking for. You will then be able to view all the nutritional information for the canned meat.
