1. Open your mind. Relying on your intuition rather than your logical mind can help you utilize your crystals more effectively. 2. Pick your crystal. Crystals contain different spiritual properties. Quartz crystals are valued by many for their healing energy. Amethyst stones are used for their spiritual cleansing properties, and amber is regarded as a good luck stone that can turn negative energy into positive energy. Blue lace agate is used to stimulate the "third eye" and help you explore the unknown. Copal is used to communicate with spirits. The clear Hermiker diamond is said to facilitate telepathic communication and aid dream recall.
3. Program your crystal. After you have chosen the crystal that feels right to you, use this stone in many ways. It is there to aid you. If you have a specific use for the crystal, you can tell it to work in the way you wish for it to work. The easiest way to do this is to pick up your crystal and think about the purpose you have for it.
